syndromeag.com is operated by SYNDROME ASIA PTE. LTD. (1 Raffles Place, #20-61, Singapore 048616) and SYNDROME GULF FZCO (DMCC, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE) — together, "SYNDROME AG". This policy describes what data we receive through the site and how we handle it.

02What we collect

Form data: name, e-mail, company, subject, destination port and message text — only what you type in yourself.
Business e-mail correspondence you initiate.
Standard hosting logs (IP address, user agent, request time) — as on any web server.
Your RFQ list is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us until you submit a request.

03How we use it

We use the data to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and keep commercial records of transactions. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. There are no mailing lists without your explicit consent.

04Sharing

Data may be processed by our infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail services) and — to the extent required to execute a transaction you initiate — by logistics and customs partners. Disclosure is possible where lawfully required by competent authorities.

05Cookies & analytics

The site runs without advertising cookies. localStorage is used for service purposes (the RFQ list). If web analytics is enabled, this policy will be updated accordingly.
