The catalog, prices and stock figures on this site are indicative wholesale information and do not constitute a public offer. Quotations are issued individually and are valid only once confirmed in writing by a manager. Prices are in USD, FOB Singapore / Dubai unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice.

03Transactions

Each supply is executed under a separate written agreement or invoice with the relevant SYNDROME AG entity (Singapore or UAE). Commercial terms are structured individually for each deal and jurisdiction. The terms of a specific agreement prevail over the content of this site.

04Warranty & RMA

New hardware carries a 12-month warranty, refurbished — 6 months, unless stated otherwise on the product page. RMA is handled through the nearest hub; serial numbers are recorded for every unit shipped.

05Intellectual property

Site texts, imagery and design are the property of SYNDROME AG. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify products.

06Liability

Site content is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SYNDROME AG accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of the site's indicative information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
