Sea freight
For pallets and containers: mining fleets, racks, DC infrastructure. FCL and LCL out of Singapore and Jebel Ali, with multimodal delivery to inland terminals.
Free-port hubs
Warehouses inside free-trade zones: no local VAT for international buyers. Orders from both hubs consolidate into a single shipment with one document pack.
Documents
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, export declarations, per-unit serial records. The pack is prepared before dispatch and travels with the cargo.

New hardware carries 12 months of warranty, refurbished — 6. RMA runs through the nearest hub; on volume SKUs we practice advance replacement from stock so your infrastructure never waits for diagnostics. Every unit's serial number is recorded before it leaves the warehouse — "whose card is this" disputes don't happen here.
